Shipping Policy

Order processing

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). You'll receive a confirmation email when your order is placed and a second email with tracking once it ships.

Delivery times

Estimated delivery after dispatch:

• Domestic: 5–8 business days
• International: 10–20 business days

Shipping rates

• Free standard shipping on all orders over $80.
• Orders under $80 are charged a flat rate shown at checkout before you pay.

Tracking

Once your order ships, we'll email a tracking number. Please allow a day or two for the tracking to update after you receive it.

International orders — customs & duties

Import duties, taxes, and customs fees may apply on international orders and are set by your local authorities. These are not included in your order total and are the customer's responsibility. We're not able to predict or cover these charges.

Delayed or lost orders

If your order hasn't arrived within the estimated window, email us at hello@saijostudio.com with your order number and we'll chase it down for you.

Wrong address

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We can't be responsible for orders sent to an address entered incorrectly, but contact us fast and we'll do what we can before it ships.
